What is a BCIN Designer?

A BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) designer is a licensed professional capable of submitting permit drawings all throughout Ontario. This is regulated through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. At MH Studio Inc. we are qualified to submit permit drawings for projects pertaining to a house including garages, renovations, secondary dwelling units, full custom homes, and even decks and porches.
